Our birds are free-range, naturally fed local grains, no antibiotics or enhancers. The meat chickens are 5-7 lbs at time of butcher. Turkeys are approximately 20 lbs at time of butcher. The hogs vary from 250-300 lbs at time of butcher.
All of our animals are gently handled and friendly, they mature on their naturally intended course which eliminates excess fat, bone stress and hormonal stress released into meat. We believe that God intended us to care for the earth and the animals, we view our care as a stewardship to God.
$3 per bird, to reserve.
$12 per bird at time of butcher. Approximately 11 weeks.
$1 per bird for each extra if desiring vacuum seal, deboning, anything custom.
We will NOT store the butchered meat past 3 days. It must be claimed or it will be donated, due to space.
Cost: $15 total to raise and butcher your family's healthy chicken! Each bird will be a whole, frozen roaster in a freezer bag.

We will raise 25 at a time per order. If you need more than 25 for the season, it will need to be divided.
PRICING ON HOLIDAY TURKEYS:
$9 per bird, to reserve.

PRICING FOR PORK:
$125 per hog to reserve (Feb-April)
$150 per hog due at time of butchering (Oct-Nov)
$0.35/lb extra for smoking (bacon, hams, etc)
Cost $275 to raise and butcher hormone-free, healthy pork for your family.

Most families chose to split the hog with another family or friends. You can contact us, for availability. Half a hog is $125 to reserve the hog and $50 at time of butcher, unless you coordinate your own division.
