Smoked an eye round roast to make some beef sandwiches using a Kansas City rub. Rendered down some peppers, made some  au-jus and added some picante provolone. Not a bad Sunday sammitch. Chuck Burger even took a dip in the pool for the first time.

Tried something new. Chicago style beef sandwich. On the Smoker for 3 hours, Dutch oven for another 3 hours, shred and get that thing on a good bun. We will definitely do this again.
