11am to 6pm we will be set up at Ken Po***ck Ford located on West Front Street in Berwick pa. Rain or shine you will find us under a tent! Pick up your platters or sandwiches for lunch or dinner (maybe even... both 🤔)

We hear a lot about Kundalini yoga, and may get lost in all the non-truths and not knowing of this often called “wonky” cousin of yoga!
Join Mara, a 300hr Certified Kundalini yoga teacher in this workshop style class and explore the background & history of Kundalini yoga, what is kundalini, how it is different, the reasons it is different & experience a Kriya (a set of kundalini yoga poses, pranayama & meditation).
Will experience a gong bath cleansing with savasana & enjoy Prasad (sweet treats) and lemon water after class!

My dad never stops making me proud. I may not have know him when he served (obviously), but I got to grow up with the best dad (in my unbiased opinion). And I have to say he might own my favorite veteran owned LLC.... and I mean he is a pretty cool person as well (again completly unbiased.. have you tried The Ditch food?!?) So from the bottom of my heart I am screaming a very happy veterans day to one my favorite veterans and to all of you! Thank you to everyone who served! Today isn't enough to share our thanks, but I hope you know how much we appreciate you all ❤️
