As many of you that know me know catering is a passions in my life but it also can be very physically demanding. I have found that to definitely be true this pass year. After much thought and sadness ( at least on my part) Amber and I have decided that it is time to hang-up the frypans. Except for a few events that we have already scheduled and events with our greats friends at Freas Farm Winery we will no longer be taking on any catering events.
I want to thank all the wonderful friends and clients we have had the pleasure of serving over the years for allowing us to be part of their special time. I personal want to thank my daughter Amber Frace for being by my side and helping me fulfill one of my dreams.. I could have never done it without you!
For my close friends.. don't worry I'm not giving up cooking , we just will get to enjoy my crazy creations in a different manor.
