V Empanadas Traditional style hand made empanadas with an Ecuadorian twist. Made with only fresh ingredients. Savory beef, chicken, vegetarian and organic.

Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Miss V as known by most, moved to the USA in 1990 with her family. After graduating university in 1999 and working in corporate America for over 10 years, Veronica relocated to Charlotte, NC with her now husband Brendan. Here is where V Empanadas were born. These delicious delicacies became her staple to welcome guests over her home as she acclimated herself to being a newcomer, a mother and wife living in the South. In 2011 Veronica and her family moved back North and settled in Berwyn, PA. These empanadas have become her love staple and by popular demand and with great excitement Miss V is ready to share her love and passion to making others happy and painting smiles all around.
