It was such an honor to welcome our client’s family back for their June 5th rehearsal dinner at after first serving them at their engagement party last November!

Being trusted for multiple moments throughout a couple’s wedding journey is one of the greatest compliments our team can receive. ✨

For this 300-person academic event, every detail had to work beautifully and responsibly. Set beneath a large tent in the heart of campus, the event paired an impressive visual setup with a strict compost-only system that required every plate, utensil, cup, and service item to be fully compostable. 🌿

Large-scale catering is about more than feeding a crowd; it is about understanding the environment, adapting to the client’s standards, and executing every detail with care. We were proud to help create an experience that felt polished, seamless, and aligned with the campus’s sustainability goals.

Small wedding, beautifully personal 👇

Aimely and Ryder’s intimate backyard wedding was a lovely reminder that a smaller guest list can still create a deeply meaningful celebration. With 25 to 30 loved ones gathered close, the ceremony and reception felt warm, relaxed, and entirely personal. ✨

For their wedding buffet, we served:

🟣 Rustic egg frittata with chorizo, tomato, red onion, and baby arugula

🟣 Tri-colored roasted potatoes with fine herbs and shallots

🟣 Mediterranean grilled chicken with roasted tomatoes, preserved lemon, and basil

🟣 Field greens with strawberries, blueberries, candied pecans, feta, and lemon-poppyseed vinaigrette

🟣 Penne pasta with cannellini beans, torn escarole, and roasted tomatoes
