Tryon Heritage Meats Tryon Heritage Meats specializes in pasture raised all-natural beef. We are a North Carolina certified meat handler. All meats are USDA inspected.

We have a cow/calf herd located in Bessemer City NC. We select the best calves and raise them from birth. After weaning, they are fed a diet of grass supplemented with hay grown on the farm. We also give them a small amount of grain with minerals that makes up < 1% of their overall feed. This promotes meat marbling and tenderness. Offered at two locations:

Get your favorite Beef or Pork cuts for gifts to your family and friends. Sausage is great for breakfast on Christmas morning.

We are well stocked.
Beef: Ground Beef, Steaks (Filet, Ribeye, NY Strip, Sirloin, Skirt), Roast, Cube Steak and Stew Beef.
Pork: Hot and Mild Breakfast Sausage, Chorizo, Pork Chops, Boston Butt, Ribs and Side Meat.

We will be making pre-order deliveries this Saturday, December 11th at 9:00 am. Let us know if you need an alternate delivery date/time and we will try to arrange it.
