From Pig Waste to Garden Gold ♻️🍑

A lot of people don’t realize composting is a huge part of small farming. Instead of letting bedding and waste go to waste, we try to recycle nutrients naturally back into the earth 🌿

At Peach Acres, we use things like straw, bedding, time, heat, and natural breakdown to help create healthier soil for future growing. Good compost doesn’t happen overnight, but it’s worth it 🌱

One thing about farming? Everything connects.
Healthy soil = healthier plants.
Healthier plants = healthier animals & food.

We’re still learning and growing every day, but we wanted to share a little behind the scenes of how we do things here on the farm 🐥🌸
