🍦 Food Fact: Ice cream cones became widely popular after the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis, but relied on hand rolling cones or the use of simply machines until 1912. This is when an inventor from Oregon named Frederick Bruckman invented a machine for forming, baking, and trimming ice cream cones at significantly faster pace, which he eventually sold to Nabisco.

How much do you know about salads? Yes, they tend to be green. But what else?

1. The word Salad comes from the Latin salata (salted) because vegetables were seasoned with brine or salty oil-and-vinegar dressings during Roman times.
