Here is the lineup and story behind each recipe. Also I'm working on a website, which is taking longer than expected. If interested send me a message or email at [email protected]
The Lemon King which is great as an all purpose seasoning but also goes great with Chicken, Shrimp Roast Broccoli. Couple of highlighted seasonings in this blend is Cumin, Pink Salt and Rosemary
Honey Please which is my Honey Mustard, Cumin and Herbs De Provence which pairs well with Pork Chops and Chicken. But again just with most of these you can put them on anything.
G.P.H. is my true all-purpose seasoning. G.P.H. means Garlic Pepper and Herbs seasoning blend. Highlights of this blend is I added Curry Powder, Thyme, Paprika and Garlic Pepper along with a few other seasonings. Now with this one if I'm making something that calls for heat but (for my wife and father in law who can't take heat) it's a nice replacement for something spicey. I use this on everything from eggs to ground turkey. I also use this in my Salt n Pepper Shrimp along with Dragon Burn and The Lemon King. Awesome dish.
Sweet Roots which is my blend that has a couple of specific foods that I use it with. Roast Sweet Potatoes, Roast Carrots and even Pork Chops. Highlights include Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Cumin. There are a few other spices as well.
Roast Roots which I use on any Roast Potatoes, French Fries and any othe type of root veggies that don't call for a sweeter taste like sweet potatoes. So you can use them on turnips etc... Once again can easily be used as a all-purpose seasoning or mixed with some of my others for wings, burgers, veggies. I use Roast Roots and the Lemon King whenever I roast Broccoli along with Parmesan and EVOO
Tomlin Thyme is another all-purpose seasoning which highlights Thyme, Tumeric, Chipotle Pepper, Paprika and Honey Mustard as well as a few other spices. Named this on after one of my cousins who is like my brother. This one also goes great with fish, tacos, wings, ribs. When i came up with this recipe he said "yo I use this on everything"
Hot Mama was my first attempt at a hot spice for wings and I think it turned out pretty good. It's spicey but not over the top. This one highlights Chipotle Powder, Ghost Pepper, Habanero, Lemon Pepper, Smoked Paprika and Cayenne. So, wings, ribs, burgers, shrimp, chicken and I even use this with my eggs in the morning.
TNT Hot Spice was my second attempt at a hot spice blend. This one just as Hot Mama can be used in the same way. The highlights for this one is Ground Red Pepper Flake, Sriacha Salt, Ground Annatto and Carolina Reaper
Malik's Magic is also named after a cousin of mine and inspired by him making ribs and I wanted to try something for him and came up with the recipe within an hour of him posting that he wanted to make ribs. I basically told him to use a combo of cream of mushroom soup and mayo as a base binder for the ribs then use this rub all over before you smoke your ribs. He has recently told me that he now has friends of his in Massachusetts where he is from asking for this. Highlights are Raw Sugar, Ground Mustard, Smoked Paprika, Honey Mustard, Ground Annatto, Chili Powder, Rosemary and Cayenne. Can also be use with fried or air fried wings. Ribs, Burgers, Hotdogs, Fish and Pork Chops.
OZZ Spice was named after me. one of my nicknames growing up was Oz because my mom used to call my dad Oz. All of my football coaches called me Oz or Ozzy. So when I went to high school I fully embraced OZZ and my football number was 30 so before hashtags were even popular i used to write anywhere and everywhere . With that being said I wanted to have a signature spice in my name. Highlights for this one are Ground Black Peppercorns, Lemon Pepper, Ground Red Pepper Flake and Granulated Garlic. Again, as I have said before can simply be used on everything and I use it on Cod, wings, I make a dish with Roast Cauliflower, Broccoli and Mushrooms and it comes out amazing. The only thing I add to this particular diah is Parmesan and Lemon Zest.
I also have a Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and the highlights for this one are Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Curry Powder, Carolina Reaper, Raw Sugar, Cinnamon, Cumin, Allspice and Ground Annatto. As with the others there are a few other seasonings as well.
I also have a Memphis Style Dry Rib Rub. This one includes Sweet Paprika, Black Pepper, Raw Sugar, Celery Salt, Ground Ginger, Chili Powder, Ground Mustard and Cumin as well as a few other spices.
My Cajun Spice blend is highlighted by Cayenne, White Pepper, Oregano, Sea Salt, Curry Powder, Ground Celery Salt, Thyme and Chili Powder.
My Creole Spice is highlighted with Paprika, Sea Salt, Siracha Salt, Ground Annatto, Garlic-Rosemary-Lemon Rub and Sweet and Smokey Seasoning.
Dragon Burn is my favorite hot spice to date. My inspiration was a friend of mine who is a rapper in Massachusetts who also makes hot sauces that I have purchased. So I came up with this one in about 30 minutes. I'm very proud of this one and the highlights are Chipotle Powder, Carolina Reaper, Chili Lime, Ghost Pepper, Habanero, Curry Powder and Siracha Salt.
