Our pizza is baked directly on the stone hearth next to the wood fire in our Neapolitan oven. Our cuisine focuses on using the most locally grown, sustainable produce, Italian meats and cheeses, organically grown and produced whenever possible. We are also full service pizza truck catering company.

VERY GRATEFUL! Victoria's Wood Fired Pizza relaunched at Giants Stadium Thursday night!, catering for our favorite Wall Street clients, along with their guest, Lawrence Taylor. Many, many thanks to our dedicated crew; Crystal, Rob, Brandon and Dan the Man, who's tireless focus and work made it extraordinary. 100 pizzas!
