Good morning! Our hens are very happy that spring is here so they are laying more eggs then we can use. So we have eggs for sale, $5 a dozen. Pick up weekends and after 3pm on the weekdays.

As we say good bye to 2025, we at Howe Family Farm want to thank all our customers for their continued support of our small family farm. 2025 was a busy year for us; a farm to table dinner, 10 calves born, 14 new laying hens, lots of local fruit and flowers turned into jams and jellies, an Arts to Agriculture event and a well attended Pumpkin Fest. We had lots of new faces as well as loyal customers and friends returning this year. We loved meeting the new and visiting with the returning.
As we are writing this, we are already planning an exciting 2026. We can’t wait to see you all in the new year during in much warmer June weather.

Just a reminder, holiday basket orders are due by Friday December 19th with a pick up date of December 23rd. You can choose what to put in or give us a dollar amount and we will do the work.

Our little Thanksgiving surprise! Autumn came yesterday morning and is just the cutest! When you live on a farm, multi-purposing things is a way of life. Dog jacket = calf blanket!

Good morning! Don’t forget, today we start taking orders on our holiday baskets. You can pick between our offerings to create a unique basket or tell us a dollar amount and we create a special basket worth giving. Our baskets can be filled with any of the following;
Fudge - peanut butter, chocolate walnut
Cookies - iced sugar, peanut butter blossoms, gingerbread man shaped molasses
2 bite whoopie pies - chocolate with traditional filling, chocolate with peppermint cream filling, gingerbread with cream cheese filling, mocha with chocolate ganache filling
4 oz. jams and jellies - lilac, wild violet, strawberry, strawberry rhubarb, grape, spiced peach, Christmas jam (all our jams and jellies are made from local fruit or flowers)
Local maple syrup
Original Chex mix

We had expected turkey processing to be finished today but unfortunately it isn’t. It will be finished tomorrow and we will be in touch about final cost and pick up times tomorrow afternoon. Thank you for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.

Howe Family Farm Holiday Baskets are back! Our baskets can be stuffed with your choice of any of the following; 4oz jams and jellies, fudge, cookies, 2 bite whoopie pies, original Chex mix and maple syrup.
We will start taking orders on Saturday, November 29th and final orders are due by Friday December 19th. The final pick up date is 12/23.

Good morning! We still have a few spots on our reservation list for fresh Thanksgiving turkey. Our turkeys are heritage breed, bronze breasted and pasture raised. They will be processed the Sunday before Thanksgiving and available to be picked up on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please PM the farm page for more information or to get on our list.

Good morning! Howe Family Farm has a limited number of fresh turkeys available for Thanksgiving. They will be processed the Sunday before Thanksgiving and available for pickup Tuesday 11/25 and Wednesday 11/26. The turkeys will be on the larger size 20-25 #. Please message the farm page if you would like to be added to our reservation list.
