Before you call Dalia’s “bad for the community” because you don’t like how loudly we speak, try putting yourself in our shoes.
Imagine choosing to take home LESS money because doing things the right way costs more.
Better farms cost more. Organic ingredients cost more. Better animal welfare costs more. Better oils cost more. Real sourcing costs more.
We willingly pay that price and keep our prices accessible because we believe these words should actually MEAN something.
Now imagine watching businesses cut those costs, take home more money, and still use the same words:
Sustainable. Local. Healthy. Humane. Community. Quality.
They get the marketing without making the sacrifice.
So before skipping everything we’re saying because our delivery makes you uncomfortable, try fighting for something real while everyone around you is rewarded for caring less.
Try taking home less so farmers can get more.
Try sacrificing your own margins so your customers can afford better food.
Try refusing to stay quiet while businesses doing less get celebrated for doing more.
Then tell us we don’t care about our community.

Most people will look at this and see a chicken bowl.
That’s exactly the problem with our food system. People see food, but rarely ask about the story behind the food.
Where did the chicken come from? How was the animal raised? How were the vegetables grown? What oil was used? Who produced the ingredients? What practices did your money support?
At Dalia’s, food is NEVER just food.
Every ingredient is carefully chosen with human health, animal welfare, farmers and our planet in mind. Our vegetable toppings are certified organic. We’re fully seed oil free. We prioritize responsible farms and transparent sourcing because every decision we make with food has consequences far beyond one meal.
Most of this industry wants you focused on the finished picture, not what happened before it reached your plate.
We take the opposite approach.
Show the ingredients. Show the sourcing. Show the standards. Fight the broken system instead of hiding behind marketing.

Dalia’s is bigger than selling restaurant food. We’re trying to change how people ACCESS real food.
We’re starting a new initiative where you can pre order organic produce by the pound through Dalia’s and get higher quality ingredients at prices designed to beat what you’re paying at the grocery store.
Why?
Because if we can use our buying power and relationships to save our community money while connecting more people to better food systems, why wouldn’t we?
Other restaurants can play the little game of “shut up and sell your food.”
We’re interested in the BIG picture.
Better food standards. Better sourcing. More support for real farms. Lower prices for our community.

People who don’t understand food won’t understand Dalia’s.
And people who don’t have the heart to care about human health, animals, farmers or the future of our planet probably won’t understand us either.
To most people, this is just a falafel pita.
Look closer.
Every ingredient is chosen with standards that challenge what you’ll find at restaurants charging $60+ a plate. Organic ingredients. Better farming. Better sourcing. Seed oil free. Scratch made. Massive portions.
And somehow, we’re doing it at prices built for everyday people.
Only people willing to actually THINK about their food, and who have any real heart or care for human health and the future of this planet, will truly understand what Dalia’s is doing.
Anyone can see a pita.
Very few understand everything behind it.
Sourcing. Portions. Price. Purpose.

Your dollar is a vote.
Your platform is a vote.
Your brand is a vote.
What you support every day is your vote.
We KNOW diet related chronic disease contributes to an enormous number of preventable deaths. We KNOW destructive food practices harm human health, animals, soil, water and our future.
So here’s the uncomfortable question:
What makes you better than all the evil you condemn in this world when you knowingly fund destructive systems every single day and show absolutely no care about the consequences?
You don’t get to condemn destruction while financing it because it’s convenient.
Every dollar is permission for that system to continue. Every influencer promoting it without asking real questions helps normalize it.
Demand better. Demand change. Unfollow the fake influence. Stop rewarding restaurants that refuse to improve.
You don’t change the world with what you claim to believe.
You change it with what you fund every single day.

You might look at these and think it’s just another restaurant menu.
It’s anything but.
Nearly every ingredient we choose costs us dramatically more than the conventional ingredients used across much of this industry. We choose organic vegetables. We cook with avocado oil instead of seed oils. We source our meats with sustainability and animal welfare in mind. We make our sauces in house. And then we give you MORE food while keeping every entrée under $20 before tax.
That’s the part that changes everything.
We refuse to accept the idea that better food has to be a luxury.
We believe you should be able to eat food sourced with real standards without paying fine dining prices.
Others can spend their money marketing a mission.
We spend ours DOING it.
More food. Better sourcing. Fully organic vegetables. Seed oil free. Sustainable ingredients. Every entrée under $20 before tax.
This is what community looks like.
This is what putting people and planet before maximum profit looks like.
They can market. They can hype. They can pretend.
We prove it every single day, one plate and one receipt at a time.

LET’S PLAY A GAME. 👀
Find us another restaurant menu that matches our sourcing at every level while giving you the amount of food we give you at our prices.
Fully organic ingredients. Fully seed oil free. Meat from a local organic butcher. Sustainable and regenerative farms. Scratch made sauces. Huge portions of protein and vegetables. Every entrée under $20.
And here’s the challenge:
Find me another restaurant giving you this much food, sourced to these standards, for less money, and I’ll match their price.
Seriously. Find it.
I’ve spent the last six months looking. I’ve called Michelin restaurants that don’t even meet every one of these sourcing standards. Michelin itself highlights sustainability and organic sourcing as something distinctive among select restaurants, not something universal across fine dining.
We built Dalia’s around a simple idea: the highest quality food shouldn’t only belong to people who can afford a $50 or $100 meal.
So who’s going to find it?
Same sourcing.
Same portions.
Same standards.
Cheaper price.
Show me, and I’ll match it.
