Everyone who is a regular at our Jim Thorpe location has had the opportunity to meet Meg, and we truly feel so lucky to have her as part of the Donerds family.

Over these four years, we’ve watched you grow so much not only as an employee, but as an incredible person. You are loyal, trustworthy, hardworking, and such a huge part of what makes Donerds special.

Hey guys!!

Andy and I have some REALLY exciting news to share with you!!!

We are so excited to finally announce that we are opening an AMAZING new concept right here by Lehigh University!!!

The new concept is ZEN CAFE 🌱

We’ve been working on this for a while and we are SO excited to finally share it with you!

We wanted to create a place where students can come after class, study, meet friends, grab a drink, eat something delicious, and just relax and forget about everything for a little while.

We are going to put the same love, hard work and dedication into Zen Cafe that we’ve put into Donerds for all these years, but this time we’re focusing on some new things we are REALLY excited about:

The BEST Coffee ( of course )
Specialty origin matcha drinks
High end tea
Fresh croissants
Homemade scones
Japanese-inspired sandos
Delicious toast

And so much more!!

This place is going to be so different and so special. We honestly think it’s going to blow your mind.

And the best part? It’s going to be literally steps from Lehigh University, right around the corner from Donerds!

We cannot wait to show you guys what we’ve been working on. We’re going to take you along for the whole journey , from construction to the menu to all the little details that are going to make Zen Cafe what it is.

We can’t wait to see you at Zen Cafe. We’ll open sooner than you think.
