It’s a warm, sunny Saturday in Riegelsville, which means it’s time to pull up a seat along the canal (we just popped up some new umbrellas!), or in the cool comfort of the taproom.

We’re open from 12-9pm today for foam-capped pours, new summer cocktails, coffee, crispy pies, sweet treats, and plenty more.

We’re open 12-10pm today with new (and OG) beers on draft, the first of our summer cocktails, plenty of beer to-go (have you tried our saison?😏) and pies on pies on pies.

Kitchen is open til 9pm and you can place takeout orders at wishfulthinkingbeer.square.site or by calling us at 484-898-8026! We’ll even run it out to ya if you don’t feel like parking; just choose curbside at checkout and call us when you arrive!

A pretty label for a pretty intense beer! A Budding Idea is now available in cans at both locations!

A Budding Idea / Double Hazy India Pale Ale / 8.5%
Malts: Double Eagle Pilsner, Wheat
Hops: Eggers Riwaka, Freestyle Peacharine, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Southern Cross, Strata CGX
We taste: White Wine, Papaya, Resinous

We couldn’t hold back from brewing another Double Hazy IPA! There’s only a few pours left of Big Dipper and we wanted to keep the train rolling on these hop saturated high octane beers. For this one, we started with our lovely base of Double Eagle Pilsner and Wheat. Did you know all of this grain is grown and malted not too far away in our great state of Pennsylvania? You could be standing right next to the farmer and maltster right now! Anyways…we then used a variety of our favorite hops. We are always striving to use the best possible hops we can get our hands on and it really shows in this beer. A blend of Eggers Riwaka, Freestyle Peacharine, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Freestyle Southern Cross, and Crosby Stata CGX overfills this dense beer with resinous fruit juice, fresh juicy papaya, and a effervescent white wine character. The real beauty of this beer is the pillowy, almost cloud-like body. We absolutely love this beer and we hope you enjoy!

Please note: Sadly, there is no trivia in Bethlehem tonight! But, we have plenty of yummy food specials, crisp pours and good vibes to offer 🤤

Adventure Paddle Class Description:
For those interested in an opportunity to hone your paddling skills through the challenges of the Delaware River. Learn to read the dynamic waterway while encountering light rapids and stronger currents. Great for paddlers who like a challenge, an elevated heartrate and who have been to at least one paddlefit class prior.
