Welcome back to our Southside friends!🤎We’re so excited to have you back! And a big welcome to the Class of 2030… we can’t wait to meet you (when you’re 21 of course).

As for our upperclassmen & grad students, come by any Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday night, or Saturday all day to unwind, enjoy some cider, grab some local food, work on homework, or just escape campus for a little while.

INTRODUCING SAHARA 🍎 Our newest & driest offering has officially arrived! Sahara has a crisp apple aroma with a bone dry apple flavor that lingers all the way through the finish. 🍏✨ Our dry wine lovers, this one is for you!

Mug Club members, you got the first taste! How was it?! Now Sahara is officially available to the general public starting TONIGHT!

It’s STILL SUMMER to me! Tonight is our Music Bingo of the month, and Mandy gave us a few clues for tonight’s categories: boy bands, August, back to school, fire, landforms, and artists who went solo.

Join us tonight at 7 PM, or come a little early and reserve a table around 6–6:30 PM. Grab a cider & order some food from one of our or neighbors while you play!🎤🎵🎶

Did you know? 🍎 Our apples come from a local farm right here in Bethlehem! We source our cider apples from Scholl Orchards, a family owned & operated farm that has been growing apples since 1948. ❤️

Like many orchards on the East Coast, Scholl Orchards practices Integrated Pest Management (IPM), an environmentally conscious approach to pest prevention that uses natural, synthetic, and, when appropriate, organic methods.

THAT’S MY JAM!! 🎶 Our live music lineup for the next 2 weeks is here 🎸🍎 We’ve had all of these amazing artists in the taproom before, and let us tell you… they never miss! Some serious local fan favorites are coming your way.

And a little reminder for tonight, Thursday the 13th: we’ll have a live Irish jam band practicing right here in the taproom! ☘️ We love being a joint where local artists and musicians can come hang out, practice, play, and have some fun.
