Steadfast Farms Steadfast Farms, LLC is a Veteran owned and operated farm in Bethlehem, CT. We specialize in raising flight conditioned game birds and eggs for consumption.

We blend tradition, innovation, and regenerative practices to create food that sustains families, enriches communities, and preserves the values of ethical farming for generations to come. We use natural practices with no use of chemicals, pesticides, or hormones to meet the requirements of the conservationist and conscious dietitian alike.

There is a chalkboard on the wall at Pasture Kitchen that lists every farm they buy from, and we are proud to be on it.

Pasture - Millerton NY urekitchen cooks from scratch in Millerton, New York. No industrial seed oils, no artificial ingredients, no dyes, and everything fried in 100% grass fed beef tallow. Their mission is to regenerate American health with real food, and they buy from farms they know by name to do it.

Pasture Nuggets, Pasture Wings and The Bird all start on pasture in Bethlehem, Connecticut. Humanely raised, antibiotic free, the way nature intended.

This week, we’re celebrating CT Grown for CT Kids Week and the growing connection between Connecticut farms and local schools.

Steadfast Farms Early Bird Breakfast Chicken Sausage is being served in 4 different CT schools this week, and we are working with four more schools to bring our chicken to even more students across the state.

Our goal is to make farm-fresh, sustainably grown Connecticut chicken available to as many Connecticut schools as possible, supporting local agriculture while helping put high-quality, locally produced food on school menus.

We’re proud to be part of connecting Connecticut farms, schools, and families through local food.
