These are my Rice Crispy cookies! It’s a chewy on the inside, crispy on the outside sugar cookie recipe with Marshmallow buttercream icing, and a melted marshmallow in the middle with rice krispy a combined with the dough and icing made completely from scratch! They taste best when they’re warm in my opinion 🍪
