We went to the new Iron Hill Brewery at the Lehigh Valley Mall. Tried the new place it was soo F'n good. I tried the rare tuna something new for me and Damn I loved it!! It came with a spicy aioli which I ordered it without. The chicken sandwich looked a little dark but that was just a ruse. When you cut into it, it was so juicy and the chicken was excellent. We got a few salads that said "small" but were actually big! The chicken gumbo was a bit on the spicy side but filling and delicious. The Baja fish tacos were super yummy. We got the hummus & calamari for appetizers. They gave us 2 sauces with the calamari both delicious! We got a pizza and a flat bread. Not only crispy but also tasty. The beer was good too. Our faves were Seedless, Steel Works, & King's Gold. If you don't want to drink beer all night, there is also a great selection of cocktails. We got the chocolate dessert a portion of the money went to children's Cancer research so I had to get it. You know, for the kids. I forgot to take a pic of that though. Our server was quick with recommendations and spot on with them. We liked it so much we joined their "King of the Hill" loyalty program for $20. Perks include a 22oz beer for the 16oz. price. We will definitely be there again. Maybe tomorrow....

Tonight we ventured to Hellertown to try PA House. For appetizers we got oven roasted olives, signature burrata, whipped truffle ricotta and cacio e pepe patate. As main courses we had the classic cobb salad, grilled chicken sandwich and the fun guy, artichoke and spinach and SOP pizzas. For desserts we had the half baked cookie, fritelli, chocolate hazelnut budino and affogato al caffe. Everyone enjoyed their food and we will definitely return!

Mr. Lee's Noodles, you're a crazy culinary roller coaster ride that's sure to tantalize even the most jaded taste buds. Your dishes are like a culinary slap in the face, waking me up from my mundane palate slumber and forcing me to pay attention. It's like you're saying, "Hey, taste buds, wake the f**k up and appreciate some real flavor!"

The atmosphere's like a modern-day o***m den, all sleek lines and dimly lit corners. It's a bit hectic, but in a fun, chaotic way that adds to the overall experience. It's like you're dining in the middle of a controlled culinary explosion, and you're not sure what's going to happen next.

The food, it's like a culinary adventure that takes you to the far corners of your taste buds' universe. It's not for the faint of heart if you aren't used to this style of food, but if you're willing to venture out of your comfort zone, you'll be rewarded with an explosion of flavors that will leave you wanting more.

The service is good, but it's not going to blow your socks off. The staff is friendly and attentive but did forget one of our drinks and it took a few asks to get our damn condiments.

As for the price, it's about $50 a person including drinks, so it's not cheap. If you don't need a drink(seriously people, just try one of the drinks) then your cost will be a bit cheaper.

So, if you're looking for a culinary adventure that will challenge your taste buds and leave you wanting more, then Mr. Lee's Noodles is the place for you. 🤬🤬🤬🤬/5

Last night we ventured to the Fairgrounds Hotel in Allentown. We had a variety of appetizers, drinks and dinners. The drinks took awhile to come due to the bartender also waiting tables. The drinks were good but strong. The apps were yummy. They were out of of the crab dip. The lobster bisque was yummy. All meals came with the choice of a soup or salad, starch and the vegetable of the day. Some meals had more value than other. The chicken Parmesan sandwich and pasta dish were huge! The breaded shrimp came with only 5 shrimp.
