At long last, the moon and the stars have finally aligned. The Black Plague IPA has finished fermentation and is ready to be bottled tonight! Made partly with Carafa and Chocolate malt, the body of this India Pale Ale is as dark as it's historic namesake. WARNING: the hop profile of our death-dealer is equally as menacing, enter the most bitter hop on the planet. Too many additions of Sorachi Ace will ignite your taste buds in ways you've only dreamed of the most exotic Indian dishes doing and may cause temporary paralysis of the weak. This brew is not for the faint of heart. You have been warned and informed. God Bless the United States, all the death-dealers defending our freedom to brew and live free and all who reside within her borders. We are all brothers and sisters no matter what values we hold dear, what gods we believe in, what cultures we come from, whom we choose to love or what we decide to do with our own bodies. The Apostolic Stash, perfect for any Last Supper: The Holy Hefeweizen, fermented with Passion fruit and fresh Raspberries. The Black Plague, a Dark Cascadian Ale(otherwise known as a "black ipa" to the uninitiated) brewed and dry hopped with Sorachi Ace. The Good Samaritan, a Chocolate Stout brewed and fermented with our own Organic Jameson cocao nibs, roasted almonds, and the finest Italian Sea Salt. And last, but certianly not least the ever formidable Resurrection Belgian Tripel.

Introducing The Good Samaritan! Apostles' own take on a sweet chocolate stout. Made with Real Dark Chocolate Cocoa nibs soaked in Jameson, Almond and an array of complex malts. This is the only stout kind enough to delight your senses with a welcoming smell before pounching you in the mouth and stealing all your pieces of silver with it's shockingly high ABV. CHEERS!
