😈🍻😈Something wicked this way pours… 👻💜🎃

Introducing GELOSTO: PURPLE HAZE, our newest (and perhaps craziest) creation in our rotating heavily fruited sour series!

For the first time ever, we’re experimenting with Ube (purple yam), bringing together toasted coconut, banana, graham cracker, and vanilla for a wildly unique, nutty, fruity, and dessert-inspired sour unlike anything we’ve brewed before.

A little mysterious. A little twisted. A whole lot of PURPLE. 😈💜

GELOSTO: PURPLE HAZE | 7.5% ABV

👻 HELLERTOWN: TODAY, Monday 10/12 at 5PM

🎃 BETHLEHEM: TOMORROW, Tuesday 10/13 at 5PM

Available on draft and in 4-packs to go!

Get lost in the haze. 🍻

Super excited to welcome our new family from BirriaHolic_PA into our Bethlehem taproom! Their food is next level, but somehow the people behind it are even better. Couldn’t be happier to have them joining the Lost Tavern family. 🍻❤️

A new location of Birriaholic, a Latin fusion restaurant specializing in birria tacos, is expected to open in late October or early November.

🌮🍻 BUILT FOR CRAVINGS. 🍻🌮

We’ve been pretty damn excited to finally make this one official.

We’re teaming up with Birriaholic as we look to raise the bar on the food experience at The Lost Tavern Bethlehem Taproom and build something pretty special together.

Expect some of the crowd favorites you already know from Birriaholic’s Allentown location, along with new creations built specifically around the Lost Tavern experience, craft b**r pairings, and plenty more we can’t wait to share.

And you won’t have to wait until opening day for your first taste. 👀

🔥 THIS SATURDAY, 10/10 from 12–5PM, Birriaholic will be giving you a preview of what’s ahead as part of the Sip & Savor Trail during Harvest Fest in Downtown Bethlehem….. And who knows… they may just have a little more up their sleeve for Saturday. 👀 Stay tuned as we get closer!

There’s plenty more to come as we work toward an official opening. Follow BirriaHolic and Lost Tavern Brewing on Facebook & Instagram as we bring you along for the journey, share more of what we’re creating together, and reveal opening details soon.

BIRRIA • CRAFT B**R • BETTER TOGETHER. 🍺🌮

🐺👻GHOST HOUND HAS BEEN UNLEASHED (well shortly!). 👻🐺

Joe from Black Shuck Brewing Co. has been a close friend of ours since pretty much the jump, so when we learned about his new brewing project, getting something into the tanks together was a no-brainer……Did it take us way too long to actually make it happen? Absolutely. But “Ghost Hound” is finally here, and we couldn’t have picked a better time of year for it! 🤘

This 7.8% Hazy Double IPA is a collab through and through. We brought some select Freestyle Hops to the table, Joe came armed with Eggers Hops, and together we absolutely loaded this thing with Motueka + Nelson Sauvin.

Big, saturated Southern Hemisphere hop character with bright tropical fruit, citrus, white grape and plenty of that dank NZ character we love.

Draft + 4-packs to go!
👻 HELLERTOWN | TODAY @ 5PM | steelcitycuisinellc & Trivia from Brain Freeze Trivia Time (7-8:30PM) in addition to signature cocktails available every Monday
🐺 BETHLEHEM | TOMORROW @ 5PM

Long overdue. Worth the wait. 🍻. Stay tuned and give Black Shuck Brewing Co. a follow if you haven’t yet!… amazing people, awesome suds & big things coming!

Shoutout to the amazing Gretchen Sarah Gross for slaying another label! Thanks for all you do! 🤘🙏🤘🍻
