This little dude came before midnight. So let's chat about calving ease. Mom is a first calf cow now. I bred her to one of my own bulls I kept back which when I put him out to pasture was a calving ease bull. I was brought aware the association had again changed their formula for calving ease by an upset costumer. He was not upset over the cattle purchased but by him trying to start his herd and how could the association do this. The sire of this dude was at a 12 ce when put into pasture. When I pulled him he was at a 6. Thank god I keep my own stuff cause I know exactly what they will and won't do.
