We have u pick and we pick muscadine grapes, muscadine juice, local honey, one of a kind crafts and jewelry. We (Michael and Tonya Henderson) planted our 1st vines in 2008, this started our ever growing, ever changing muscadine grape vineyard. We have had much needed and appreciated support from our family and friends in all aspects of this journey.

The best dressed trunk went to the Terror Twins (Motley Crue's Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx) with their "garage band". Second fave was the Hocus Pocus trunk with the cute Indian and her teepee only one vote away from making it a tie!

Our Story

Mill Branch Vineyards is open during the muscadine grape harvest season that starts in August and can last until late September, all depending on Mother Nature! We offer “u-pick” and “we-pick” muscadine grapes in 6 different varieties. Pick a small bucket or go big and get bushels. The home wine makers like to utilize our on site crusher to kick of the wine making process.

This season (2018) we put in a small propagation bed (partially funded by you all who purchased a tshirt during our fundraiser!) so that next season we can replace lost vines and sell you your very own vine. Other items are available in our small gift shop. Local, handmade crafts. And coming soon, local honey from our very first hive. Muscadine juice. Yep, we are currently working with the NCDA to make that happen too. Just keep checking back...we are growing!
