There are moments in business that remind you why you never gave up.

Last night was one of those moments.

James Anthony and I had the incredible honor of being invited to the The Los Angeles Sparks game after The Modern Culinarian was selected as a Small Business Nominee.

To walk into Crypto.com Arena, be welcomed by the Sparks organization, experience the Courtside Club, and then stand at center court while our story played on the big screen... it was honestly surreal.

Ten years ago, this was just an idea sketched onto a piece of paper because I couldn’t find a chef coat that made me feel seen.

Today, that same idea is opening doors we never imagined.

We’re so grateful to Lendistry for recognizing small businesses like ours and to the Los Angeles Sparks for making us feel so celebrated throughout the entire evening.

To everyone who’s supported The Modern Culinarian from day one, thank you. Every order, every share, every word of encouragement has helped make moments like this possible.

This is a reminder that dreams don’t always happen overnight. Sometimes they happen after years of showing up, staying faithful, and refusing to quit.

And we’re just getting started.
