This reconstructed dish was inspired by Jamaican traditional curry turkey. Typically this used to be prepared using the neck of the turkey, "peasant" food as they call it where the scraps of meat protein is used to make amazing foods. My interpretation is quite modern and an original piece by me.
I use the sliced turkey thigh, created a dry curry rub to season the meat, apply french cooking technique to braise the meat after it is cooked I add small diced potatoes 5 mins. Later add garbanzo beans.

First stop in Temecula today. We use disposables so that we can loose the trail and continue with our wine tour. Great area for picnic, enjoy the view and our idea of picnic in any wine country. Always bring fruits helps with dehydration and the best tip ever, never take chocolates to the desert in 97 degrees weather!

In support of Bullets 4 peace charity I purchased this real bullet necklace, this is my second purchase. I first bought this necklace a couple years ago because of my eyes for fashion. It was confiscated at the Montego Bay International airport. They told me they wouldn't let the bullet on the plane some BS story... I thought about this for over a year that I will support my favored charity with this purchase made online. Today my purchase is for worldwide peace. The charity I support- Eastern Congo Initiative (ECI): "Founded by Ben Affleck, Eastern Congo Initiative (ECI) is an advocacy and grant-making initiative wholly focused on working with and for the people of eastern Congo."(ECI.COM) I believe that the changes we can make moving forward is within economic growth and youth empowerment. It starts by strengthening a single community by providing opportunities for it's people. Through private and public funding a subsequent proliferation of organizations continue to form throughout the region to provide local organizations with leaders and resources. Eastern Congo will inherit through our donations a successful society with the necessary resources to sustain these communities and to help raise awareness so that we can make effective change in policies to increase the United States engagement in Congo.
