We took a little time off from cooking this summer to enjoy our new-to-us boat, but now we are back! What does that mean? Barbeque!

I am cooking Labor Day Weekend on Sunday, September 4th. Pickup at 12pm.

Will take orders until the end of business day on Thursday, September 1st.
You can Call/Text/Email your order and I will send you a Square invoice for prepayment.

Hello It’s the Pits Barbeque Fans!!

Apologies for not updating sooner. June was a busy month for me as a had some catering orders to fill up my weekends.
I am sure some of you are looking forward to my next cook date but this is going to be a little bit. Presently I am away on a business trip and will not be back until end of August anyway. Sorry for the long wait but will put something together upon my return.
As many of you may know meat has gone up at least 50-60% and I was trying to figure out how to deal with these costs. Hopefully prices drop a bit in the coming months. I may need to make some adjustments to my pricing but will deal with this after my return.
Sit tight and stay hungry…Talk to ya’ll soon :)

I’m smoking BBQ for pick up orders next on May 23rd, 2021 with pickup around 12-2pm. I will take orders until Noon on Friday May 21st.
Like last time, I will send a square invoice and order should be prepaid before you pick up.

Menu --
Brisket -- $18/lb order in half pounds increments
BBQ Chopped Brisket -- order in half pounds increments
Ribs -- $25/rack St. Louis or Baby Back
Chicken Thighs -- $2.75 per thigh
Peach BBQ Sauce -- $4 for 4oz jar

Time for the first official takeout barbecue of the season! July 3rd! Message me on here and pre-order. Pick Up is around Noon on July 3rd. I will take orders until June 30th.

Menu:
Brisket -- $15/lb
Ribs -- $25/rack St. Louis or Baby Back
Pulled Pork -- $12/lb
Homemade Peach BBQ Sauce -- $4 8oz

New this year is a Contactless Reader for Payment. I can accept a swipe, chip card, Apple and Google Pay. Or I can send an invoice through Square for ease of pre-payment.
