Soup of the day: Dave’s Hot Chili, back again by popular demand. The last two times we made it, we sold out by 1pm so get it before it’s gone!

Lunch time!

Today’s soup (Thursday, 10/15) is our delicious Butcher Beef Stew.

We’ve also got House and Olive’s Golden Spice chicken breast to choose from, for the roasted chicken plate or sub. Olive’s marinade is herby and savory, with a little cayenne pepper kick at the end.

For the chicken wing sampler, we’ve got Teriyaki, Olive’s, and Lemon Pepper.

Our sausage of the day is Apple Bacon, with Rebel Bacon Pepper Jam and caramelized onion aioli.

Today’s sausage (Wednesday, 10/14) is Chicken Spinach Feta, topped with tzatziki sauce and Kalamata olives.

It’s a little chilly out today (Tuesday, 10/13). Come warm up with a cup of Dave’s Hot chili!

We’ve dialed down the heat on the chili, based on your feedback. This batch is a bit more balanced, but still packs a punch.

Our sausage of the day is Olive’s Golden Spice Chicken, served on a roll with peppers and onions. This herby, savory seasoning finishes with a subtle cayenne pepper kick, and is one of our most popular flavors.

It’s hard to believe it’s only been 4 months since we re-opened on June 12th!

Since then, we’ve really hit our stride and made some big improvements:

• Lunch served daily from 11am to 3pm
• Prepared foods, all made in house
• Catering with simple pricing (+$3 per pound to cook anything in the case)
• Prize wheel Monday thru Wednesday
• $50/$100/$150 butcher boxes

…and we’re about to launch our brand new website, with online ordering and a ton of useful information about different cuts of meat and how to prepare them.

We are very grateful to all of our amazing customers who have been so supportive. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and it keeps us motivated to work even harder. ❤️

We’re closing up early today (Monday, 10/12 we’re closing at 1pm) to take a much needed rest.
