Another batch of peach jam is in the books! 🍑 There’s nothing quite like seeing those jars lined up and hearing that satisfying *ping* as they seal.

With the peaches wrapped up for now, it’s time to move on to corn. Today was spent shucking, blanching, and getting everything ready for canning. It’s a lot of work, but there’s something rewarding about putting up food to enjoy all year long.

One crop down, another underway! We’re grateful for the busy days and the opportunity to fill our pantry with homegrown goodness. 🌽❤️

We weren’t made to carry the weight of the pain and suffering of the whole world. To be honest, most people these days are so caught up in those things that they are actually not aware of *their* surroundings. We’re missing the forest for the trees. So many are living in a state of overwhelm and expressing outrage on social media, but not actually doing anything. This helps no one. Get out of that place and go help your neighbor. Do something tangible in your sphere of influence—your home, your workplace, your community—to make the world a better place.
