Just a quick note to remind everyone to head over and like/follow Dulce Amigas since I will soon be solely posting there!

Also the bakery is slowly getting up and running therefore with being in Juanita’s Mexican Grill fulll time all orders must be picked up with the exception of larger catering events.

Our first ever collaboration cake! My NY cheesecake and Karen’s pineapple upside down cake! This is an 8” but going forth it’ll be a 9” and not as tall but still the same amount of cake! We had to bake separate last night and knew for sure we both had 8” pans.

Today in Harts at the 4th of July Festival I have:

NY Cheesecake with various topping choices or plain
Salted Carmel cheesecake swirl brownies
Chocolate chunk cheesecake swirl brownies
Churro cheesecake

1-6” lemon cheesecake with vanilla Oreo crust topped with fresh blueberries and blackberries then drizzled with fresh homemade raspberry sauce $15. First one to cone to Juanita’s food truck gets it, no holds!

Big Ugly Cheesecakes and Dulce Amigas is coming to my hometown and bringing Juanita’s Mexican Grill with us! I love to see my little hometown trying to get back to what it was and bringing in things for a mostly forgotten community!
