Our Livestock... We raise Scottish Highland cattle as our main focus, though do maintain a small Suffolk sheep flock as well. Our cattle and sheep diet consists of a mixture of grasses and clover, which produces meat high in protein and anti-oxidants. In addition, we also raise Flemish Giant rabbits, geese, ducks, turkeys, and chickens. All of our smaller livestock are housed in separate well-ventilated buildings, each with their own individual runs.

Update: As the farm was sold late March, we moved our remaining Highlands to a friend's farm in KY. Since then, we have been working with Crystal Cochran and Eastern KY Highlands for the sale of our remaining Scottish Highlands. I'll work on getting updated pics posted and please contact Crystal or I regarding information our remaining four Highlands:

Cows
* Bella - HHCA, yellow, DOB 8/31/19
* Timber - HHCA, black, DOB 5/1/22

Bulls/Steers
* Finlay - Steer/unregistered, red, DOB 7/27/25
* Artrair Dhugal - unregistered/HHCA, dun, DOB 1/15/26

Update: As the farm was sold last month, we're shutting things down here, as well as, our website. It was a good ride while it lasted, we learned a lot of things as we built our farm from ground zero. We put in a lot of useful infrastructure and hope that the new owners carry on what we started back in 2012.

I will continue to work with Crystal Cochran-King and Eastern KY Highlands for the sale of our remaining Scottish Highlands. Please contact Crystal or I regarding those Highlands that remain.

I'll be shutting down this page in the coming weeks as we all continue to transition to the next phase of our lives.
