Wagu Roast Beef-
Slow-braised American Wagyu beef served with tri-color marble potatoes, carrots, celery, giant leeks, roasted garlic and caramelized shallots. Finished with a house-made Cabernet demi-glace, Sicilian gremolata and crispy fried leek leaves. -34
