Hiring Horse Trainer – Join the Team at H.O.P.E. Stables in Big Lake!

H.O.P.E. Stables is looking for a professional, experienced Horse Trainer to join our barn. We’re seeking someone confident in both English and Western disciplines who can work with a variety of horses and riders.

Position Responsibilities:
• Training horses of different ages, levels, and needs
• Teaching riding lessons in both English and Western
• Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining a positive, professional presence
• Supporting a welcoming, safe barn environment

Requirements:
• Strong background in both English and Western riding
• Solid training foundation and calm, patient handling
• Ability to work with a variety of horses
• Reliable transportation; references preferred
• Professional, friendly approach with clients and staff
• Ideal to have your own suitable lesson horse

MY ANTIDEPRESSANT HAS A MANE AND A TAIL.

It doesn’t give advice.
It doesn’t have all the answers.
And it certainly isn’t cheap.

But it has carried me through days when my heart was heavy.

It has listened to things I couldn’t say out loud.
Given me purpose when I felt lost.
And reminded me that some of the best healing happens in silence.

Just a horse.
A quiet moment.
And the feeling that maybe everything is going to be okay after all.

People often ask why we love them so much.

The truth is, horse people don’t just own horses.

We find pieces of ourselves in them. ❤️
