🐖 TOMORROW: COMMUNITY HOG ROAST! 🐖

This one is pretty special, thanks to a couple of our regulars. Grant and Miguel generously donated a whole hog and their time to smoke it for the Lupulin community. They were here yesterday getting the hog prepped and ready for the smoker, and we can’t thank them enough for making this happen!

Starting at 2 PM, we’ll be selling smoked pulled pork sandwiches and walking tacos, both served with chips and all the fixings. SliceCraft will also be serving their Fig & Pig specialty slice, featuring pork from the hog!

We’re taking the party to the back of the brewery, by the grain silo, with tables and chairs inside and out. Brian Jameson will play live from 4–7 PM, and food, beer and music will all be inside.

The production area will be roped off so you can take a self-guided brewery tour, with a path leading through the brewery to SliceCraft.

Come hungry, grab some food, have a beer, listen to some music, and help us eat an entire hog!

Tomorrow, 2 PM until the meat is gone. Rain or shine!

🌲 Tomorrow’s the day! Join us for Portages & Pints. 🍻

On Saturday, August 22 from 11 AM–4 PM, Lupulin Brewing and Friends of the Boundary Waters are coming together for a day celebrating the outdoors, community, and the places worth protecting.

Enjoy craft beer, live music, food trucks, an outdoor vendor village, and more, all while supporting the mission of Friends of the Boundary Waters to protect, preserve, and restore the wilderness character of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

We also have some great raffle prizes from Hornbeck Boats, Cooke Custom Sewing, St. Croix Rods, True North Maps, SliceCraft, Clancy's Outdoors and many others (you do not need to be present to win). As well as a beautiful refurbished Kevlar canoe that we will be running a silent auction for!

We’ll also be releasing Entry Point 63, a 7.2% ABV IPA brewed in celebration of the event. A portion of proceeds from the beer will be donated to Friends of the Boundary Waters.

Introducing Entry Point 63. 🌲

Every adventure starts somewhere.

Named in honor of the places that inspire exploration, Entry Point 63 is a 7.2% ABV IPA brewed to celebrate the beauty, adventure, and connection found throughout the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

Brewed with Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Munich malts, and layered with Columbus, Chinook, Citra Cryo, Tangier, and Nelson Sauvin hops, this IPA delivers a bold hop character worthy of the wild places that inspired it.

Entry Point 63 will make its debut at Portages & Pints on Saturday, August 22 from 11 AM–4 PM. A portion of proceeds from the beer will be donated to Friends of the Boundary Waters, supporting their mission to protect, preserve, and restore the wilderness character of the Boundary Waters and the surrounding ecosystem.

The Barks & Brews Summer Tour is making its stop at Lupulin Brewing on Sunday, August 16 from Noon–5 PM!

Spend the afternoon enjoying your favorite Lupulin beer while meeting the amazing team from Helping Paws, Inc. , watching service dog demonstrations, and learning more about their mission of creating life-changing service dog partnerships.

Explore our Dog Vendor Village featuring pet-focused vendors, local organizations, and plenty of fun for your four-legged friends. We’ll also have a free pup cup station and a doggie wading pool to help your furry friends cool off and enjoy the day.

Come hungry! ODB'S Meat & Greet Foodtruck will be on site serving up delicious food, and SliceCraft will be serving its chef-driven gourmet Slices all afternoon.

We’ve teamed up with Nice Axe to bring their mobile axe-throwing trailer to the brewery on Thursdays from 3–7 PM.

Grab a beer, step outside, and test your aim with a little friendly competition. Whether you’re a seasoned thrower or trying it for the first time, it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon at the taproom.

Chris from Wooden Robot Brewery came back into town over the past weekend for the release of Handsome Little Man.

Aaron and the crew at Lupulin Brewing enjoyed Chris returning from Charlotte, North Carolina to enjoy the beer collaboration that was brewed in June. Goose, the Little Man, was excited to see Chris too!
