Wondernut Farm is beyond thrilled to announce we will be hosting another glorious session of Sour Milk School, by Trevor Warmedahl this April 19-23!

This class will use our fresh sheep and goat milk as the base for the different styles and types of cheeses.

Early bird attendance $600 through March 14, then $750.
Lodging and camping available for additional costs. Link in bio, limited spots available!

In the current climate of monoculture cheeses and plastics/antibiotics working their way into commercial cheese aging, Trevor offers an alternative approach.
Put together from years studying diverse historical cheese practices all over the world, with an original background in commercial cheesemaking, Trevor speaks to the home and small scale commercial cheesemaker at once. This is truly a spectacular opportunity.

We are so very excited to announce that we’ll be hosting Sour Milk School, a natural cheesemaking workshop with Trevor Warmedahl here at Wondernut Farm from May 12-16. This intensive 5 day event will cover the basics of cheese science and milk microbes, making natural starters, and making fresh and ripened cheeses.

Birthing season is finally upon us!

We chose to breed our goats and sheep late this year because we wanted as much time as possible to prepare for our Grade A dairy certification.

Hopefully by summer, we'll be offering our gloriously delicious sheep milk yogurt, cheese, and ice cream for sale!!!!!

This next few months will be a sprint marathon. Wish us luck!

We set up a Grab and Go freezer outside the front of our barn! Pick up our non-GMO fed, heritage, pastured, USDA certified pork chops, shoulder roasts, bratwurst, bacon, ham roasts or steaks, breakfast sausage, Italian sausage, and more!

Come get your holiday hams from Wondernut Farm's pastured, heritage pigs, grown slowly and fed only non-gmo whole foods!! Self service farm pickup.

We're working with a new processor, and let me tell you, they did a splendid job.

Whole hams are $12/lb and boneless roasts are $15/lb.

We also have retail cuts, like bacon, bratwurts, pork chops, shoulder roasts available, and are just about to open up our grab-and-go pork freezer so you can come to the farm and safely shop for your family.
