One of the exciting offerings this year will be Aronia Melanocarpa, aka: chokeberry (not choke cherry). This is a beautiful, fast growing shrub, that will produce an abundance of health-intense berries. While the fruit is extremely astringent, this can be counter-acted by using them in recipes that contain milk (which neutralizes the astringency), or simply wait until a hard frost.

Who’s already dreaming of spring?

I will have a limited number of various shrubs and trees available this spring. Also specialty tomatoes and peppers, varieties you will not find at retail stores.

I will be starting many things from seed this year, for sales in the next year or two, some exciting things to look forward to:
