National Police Week hits a little closer to home for us. 💙🇺🇸

The Goat Deddy has served in law enforcement since 2005, and over the years we’ve seen firsthand the sacrifices that come with the badge — the long hours, missed holidays, late-night calls, and the weight officers carry every single day.

This week, we honor and thank all law enforcement officers and their families for their service, dedication, and sacrifice. We are especially grateful for those who continue to show up for their communities no matter the circumstances.

Please join us in praying for the safety of all officers and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Great job to our goat midwife, Rainey, and her assistant, Vivian. It took a bit to get in the groove (not going to lie being a first time midwife is intimidating) but they did a fantastic job.

Up at 0400 and on the road to Tupelo to pick up our new herd sire 🐐💪

Long day, but he made it home safe and is settling in really well so far—already acting like he owns the place!

Meanwhile… Bonnie is STILL keeping us waiting 🙃 At this point we’re starting to wonder if she’s just enjoying the attention or if there’s even babies in there at all 😂

Stay tuned… one of these days we might have kids AND a fully adjusted new man around here!

🚨 Bonnie Update 🚨

Bonnie is now 3 days past due… and still no babies.

At this point, she’s just casually going about her life while I’ve checked on her more times than I can count and built up excitement for kids that apparently aren’t in a hurry. 🐐

She looks ready, acts completely unbothered, but now we’re all starting to wonder… is she even pregnant? 😅

The suspense is real. Send patience… and maybe a little motivation for Bonnie.
