Pig Tails Farm Pig Tails Farm was founded in 2016
We breed high quality show pig and raise non-gmo pork. We have over 30 honeybee hives in Maryland & West Virginia.

Our hives help our local farmers with pollination & produce some of the best pure, raw and local honey.

If you give a boy or girl a barn, they're going to want a show pig to go in it.

When you give them a show pig, their going to ask for feed for it.

At first they will ask for help because the sack is too heavy.

Next thing you know, they'll ask for a whip.

You’ll give them a whip, their going to spend hours learning how to use it. Walking, directing and figuring it out with thier pig, one step at a time.

After all that work, they're going to want a wash rack to rinse off all the dirt and the long day of training off.

Once there's a wash rack, they'll ask for the best products. Soaps, sprays, conditioners and brushes.

With all the right tools in place, they'll eventually going to chase something bigger. A bigger trailer for one but also something else..

Not just a great pig but their best self too.

One day you notice, they don’t ask for help anymore. They can throw that 50 pound bag of feed over their shoulder like it’s nothing.

They will develop patience, strength, responsibility and a heck of a lot more in the in between moments that no one sees.

And then one day, you’ll catch a moment like this.

We didn’t just give them a pig.

We gave them something that will stay with them long after the barn goes quiet. Something deeper and more special than any buckle or banner could ever give.

They learned hard work, hard losses, dedication and perseverance.
They learned time management, care for others, and lots of math.
They made lasting memories and they became better human beings because of the ❤️ of a 🐷
