We want to take a moment to show a little extra appreciation for a very special horse, Jewel. ❤️🐴

We were so fortunate to have Jewel with us over the summer for our lead-line pony rides, and she helped give so many children a wonderful first experience with horses.

There is something incredibly special about an older, kind, steady horse who understands her job and takes care of the little riders on her back. Jewel gave children the opportunity to feel safe, confident, and excited while experiencing horseback riding, many of them for the very first time.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to have had Jewel with us this summer and for everything she gave to our program and the families who visited us. Horses like Jewel are truly priceless, and we appreciate her more than words can say.

Thank you, Jewel, for all the little smiles, first rides, happy memories, and gentle moments you helped create this summer.

We just went and picked up some corn stalks from a generous person in Creston. We love being able to give seasonal enrichment treats to the animals. We have a friend that has been supplying apples for weeks now and the animals love them.

If anyone has any extra produce they would like to donate we would love it. We would even love for you to come out and feed it and interact with the animals.

Thank You for an Amazing First Season!

As our first season comes to a close, I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported Cozy Critters Petting Zoo here in Bigfork!

It truly warmed my heart to see so many happy families spending time together, meeting the animals, and enjoying our little piece of the farm. I know the animals loved all of the attention, scratches, treats, and new friends just as much as I loved seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces.

We are officially finished with our open-to-the-public days for the season, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still come visit!

We are continuing to take private one- and two-hour reservations for:
• Birthday parties
• Homeschool groups
• Afterschool programs
• Small groups and private visits
• Other special gatherings and events

Thank you again for making our very first season such a special one. I’m so grateful for everyone who visited, shared our posts, told their friends about us, and supported this little dream of mine.

We can’t wait to see what next season brings!

This is a great place to take the kiddos. I took my daughter there multiple times a week while she was little.
