I have had a recent uptick in people looking for lessons, I will be offering in home personalized instruction or small group classes this fall through the winter. Whatever you would like to learn I will teach you(I am not a baker). Prices will be cost of food plus 50 dollars per hour, or if you want to save some money and purchase the food yourself 40 dollars per hour(group size dependent).

It will be fun, interactive and customized to you or your group! I look forward to cooking with you!

Summer has wound down and fall approaches quickly, along with my return to Billings where I can’t wait to get back to looking for, finding and cooking for new adventures, new chapters, or just a real nice meal at home. I offer cooking for guide camps as well. My first week of November is mostly full but I am looking now to fill out my schedule. After a great summer as chef at The Hub Saloon in Craig, MT — I'm heading back to Billings at the end of October.

I'm happy to announce and excited to be now booking in-home private parties starting in November!
