One pound of beef, melty provolone & cream cheese, peppers & onions... all piled high on soft rolls Philly cheesesteak done
easy!
Ingredients:
• 1lb ground beef
• ½ bell pepper + ½ onion, chopped
• 3 oz provolone, 2 oz cream cheese
• 1 tbsp milk
• ¾ tsp garlic powder, ¾ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper & onion powder
• 3 sub rolls
• Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Brown beef + veggies, drain.
2.Stir in cheeses, milk & spices, simmer 3-4min.
3.Pile onto rolls & garnish.
