Georgette's Galettes LLC Galettes are a delightful Belgian treat with a soft sweet buttery vanilla taste with a surprising crispy crunch.

No need for syrup; you eat them just as they are. We use only the best ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial flavors or color. Not to be confused with Belgium waffles, (Liege or Brussels waffles)
are made with a bread dough (yeast) and sugar that caramelizes on the outside with a fluffy bread interior which are delicious. The French make round danish type pastry with fruit in the middle that is commonly known as a galette as well.

Georgette's Galettes newest creation CHERRY JUBILEE this weekend only for Mother's Day Saturday & Sunday. A galette with fresh whip cream, chokecherry ice cream, luxardo cherry compote drizzle and luxardo cherry topper. Hope to see you there!

We never complain about rain, however we are looking forward to the sunshine and warmer weather this weekend!

We are excited to have Georgette's Galettes joining us on Saturday and Sunday with some sweet treats to enjoy while you shop!
