Last night, Kalen and I grabbed dinner out and it got me thinking…
Our burger was $22.
The protein portion? Roughly 3 ounces.
A small serving of fries, minimal toppings, minimal sauce, and I left still hungry. Not “I could eat a snack” hungry. My body was genuinely craving more protein.
