Anyone love chorizo?

We do too and we’ve come up with the perfect pairing.

A blend of pork and beef chorizo with cilantro lime crème paired with a glass of our Farmhouse Saison Locale is quite divine. The spicy richness of the Mexican style sausage is more than handled and also complimented by the dry effervescent spicy notes of the beer. High carbonation levels clean the palate so you can eat another taco, or three.

We definitely recommend you try this at home. Cheers!

Today we are releasing not one but two brand new hop forward offerings:

“Classic” Pale Ale: throwback American Style Pale Ale with Loral, Willamette and Simcoe hops. Balanced malt character and a sessionable strength at 5% and 40 IBU.

“Laid Back” International-Style Pale Ale: 35 IBU/5.5%: aromatic with white grape, tropical and stone fruit hops, a clean and lean malt base with a slightly resinous finish.

We strongly recommend pairing this beer with any of our 6 IPA offerings on tap for a complimentary experience!!
IPAs are perfect for tacos with their plethora of tropical fruit and citrus characters and a firm bitterness to cut through the protein and fat of the taco.
