After six wonderful years of serving the Billings community, Buffalo Block Prime Steakhouse will serve its final signature cut on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

With a spirit of gratitude and celebration, we are extending a heartfelt invitation to the community to join us in the coming weeks for a final, memorable dining experience. Rather than an ending, we view this as an opportunity to honor the relationships and memories forged within their walls.

This isn’t goodbye, but a ‘see you again soon’ as we will continue to support the downtown community we love. We want to fill these final weeks with laughter, great food, and the creation of new memories. Come raise a glass with us one more time as we celebrate the legacy of Buffalo Block. 🥩 🍸 🧱

Join us next Thursday, July 3rd, as we partner with The Rainbow Bar to celebrate their 90 YEARS of business at Alive After 5!
We will be lending our parking lot to the venue and the stage will be in the northeast corner of the lot. Our patio will be rockin’ from the sounds of the John Roberts Y Pan Blanco band, carnitas tacos off the rotisserie, kill the keg, and some other special offerings. We will be closed on Friday, July 4th so get down here and look alive!

Our next musical guest is the very talented Alex Nauman. He’ll be performing solo for a few hours on June 26th from 5pm-7pm, on the patio, if the weather allows it, otherwise we’ll post up in the lounge. No cover fee, always free.

Alex has been playing in our community for years. Aside from his projects, recordings, and growing ghost peppers, he teaches music full-time, both privately and at university.

We typically offer an amuse to our formal dining room patrons on the weekends. This evening Stacie has prepared cute little pasta cups filled with a basil and roasted red pepper pesto. It’s just another way to say thank you for coming in.
