We don't take shortcuts when it comes to flavor.

Here’s what goes into making this crowd favorite:
🔥 The Process: We season our carnitas with a blend of over 16 herbs and spices, slow-roasting them all day long until they’re melt-in-your-mouth tender. Then, we reduce those rich roasting drippings down into au jus and re-incorporate it right back into the meat for maximum flavor and juiciness.

🥖 The Build: Stacked high on fresh local Grains of Montana French bread with:
• Slow-roasted carnitas
• Smoked ham,
• Thick-cut bacon
• Melted Gruyère-Fontina-Gouda cheese blend
• Yellow mustard & rich roasted garlic aïoli
• Crisp dill pickles
