If you’re looking for a sandwich that hits all the right notes, our Cuban is the ultimate heavy hitter. 🥊💥
We don’t skimp on the layers here. We’re talking smoked ham, slow-roasted carnitas, and thick-cut bacon, all melted together under a premium Gruyère-Fontina-Gouda blend. Finished with a drizzle of yellow mustard, our house roasted garlic aioli, and crisp dill pickles on perfectly pressed French bread... yeah, it’s a total knockout.

As you can see from our schedule, we are shutting down the window next weekend for James's birthday! To celebrate, we are doing something absolutely mind-blowing—we are taking a private culinary class with one of our absolute favorite chefs from the Food Network! 🧑‍🍳🔥

It is going to be an amazing, unforgettable experience. I am so incredibly happy that we started this business together, Chef! James definitely deserves it, and there are so many great things ahead in our future and for this amazing community. ❤️
