We are excited to announce our 97th Biloxi Blessing Shrimp King….

Captain Greg Baker, a first-generation shrimper with over 40 years of experience, has built a respected career in the Mississippi Gulf Coast seafood industry. With strong ties to Biloxi, he has worked closely with local processing facilities, suppliers, and industry leaders, contributing to the region’s sh*****ng reputation. Known for his high-quality catch and direct-to-consumer approach, Greg operates his vessel, the Kenny B, across Gulf waters while remaining deeply connected to Biloxi’s waterfront culture.

Beyond his work, he is recognized for his community involvement, including support for the Wounded Warrior Project, and for mentoring others in the industry. His dedication, integrity, and lasting impact were honored with his 2025 induction into the Biloxi
Maritime & Seafood Industry Museum Heritage Hall of Fame.

He is very deserving to reign as our 2026 Shrimp King.
