W**es of the Week at Southbridge 🍷

This week's lineup travels from Piedmont to the Loire, New Zealand, Navarra, and Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

🍷 Luigi Baudana Langhe Bianco — A blend of Chardonnay, Nascetta, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling. Unforgettable Piedmont charm in every sip.

🍷 Domaine de l'Estang Coteaux du Giennois Blanc — Honeysuckle and white flowers on the nose, with a richness and viscosity you won't find in neighboring Sancerre.

🍷 Sandy Cove Pinot Noir — Bright and fruit-forward: cherry, strawberry, boysenberry, raspberry, and ripe red plum, with a soft, supple structure.

🍷 Viña Zorzal W**es Navarra Garnacha — Old bush vines deliver palate-drenching cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, with hints of wild herbs and white pepper.

🍷 Domaine de Cristia Ventoux Rouge — A 60/40 Grenache/Syrah blend with black fruits, strawberries, and raspberries, and subtle spicy, peppery notes.

🍷 W**es of the Week at Southbridge 🍷

We’re tasting Provençal w**es this week — four from Figuière, a 210-acre organic estate on the Côtes-de-Provence just a few hundred meters from the Mediterranean, plus one standout from the southern Rhône.

🍷 Figuière Atmosphère Rosé Extra Brut — Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling, 50% Grenache, 50% Cinsault. Pale salmon-pink with fine, persistent bubbles. Fresh red berries, peach, citrus, and a salty minerality.

🍷 Figuière Méditerranée White — Intense tart strawberry candy, tropical fruit, and white peach on the nose, with a fresh mist of citrus on the palate.

🍷 Figuière Méditerranée Rosé — Light and easy-drinking. Peach, orange skin, and white flowers with refreshing acidity and salty minerality.

🍷 Figuière Méditerranée Rouge — Bright red cherries, wild herbs, and earthy forest floor, accented by salty minerality.

🍷 Château de Rouanne Vinsobres — Raspberry, violet, licorice, peony, black pepper, and gingerbread. Richly textured with prominent saltiness and a long finish.

This Friday we welcome Regon Kennedy to the tasting bar as we taste w**es from New Zealand, Napa, Portugal, Spain, and Argentina!

🍷Clos Du Val Sauvignon Blanc — Fruit-driven and elegant, in the structured Napa style this Stags Leap estate is known for.

🍷Babich W**es New Zealand Black Label Sauvignon Blanc — Tropical fruit and citrus with a mineral, spiced finish. Certified organic.

🍷 Esporão Bico Amarelo Tinto — Highly aromatic, light, and endlessly fruity, with a refreshing palate-cleansing edge.

🍷Azul y Garanza Bodegas Suelovio Tinto — Light and delicate. Red fruit and blackberry with an intriguing lilac note. Serve with a chill.

🍷Domaine Bousquet Gaia Malbec — Blackberry, blueberry, plum, and dark cherry layered with violet and subtle spice.

🍷 Garofoli Serra del Conte Verdicchio — Lively and mouthwatering. Made for summer salads and seafood.

🍷 Marchesi di Grésy Langhe Sauvignon Blanc — Peach, pear, citrus, minerality. Electric finish.

🍷 Scaia Corvina Rosso del Veneto — Bright, crunchy, chillable. Your poolside red.

🍷 Garofoli Farnio Rosso Piceno — Ripe plum with mineral and spice. Pizza night approved.

🍷 W**es of the Week 🍷

Chris Guy is back with us tonight from 4 to 7 pm with another fantastic line-up!

🍷 Aichenberg Grüner Veltliner — Light and crisp with apple and pear, finishing bright and mouthwatering. A great intro to Grüner.

🍷 Cellier des Dauphins Côtes du Rhône Blanc — Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Marsanne. Citrus and stone fruit with a floral lift and a touch of white peach.

🍷Cellier des Dauphins Côtes du Rhône Rouge — Grenache and Syrah with a little Mourvèdre. Dark, juicy fruit with wild thyme and vanilla.

🍷 Escudo Rojo Syrah — From Baron Philippe de Rothschild's Chilean project. Blueberry, plum, and spice. Big and chewy, but still classy.

🍷 Jack Tar Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon — Black cherry, to***co, and vanilla cream leading into grilled plum and cigar box. Eat your heart out, Napa.

A Southbridge favorite from the shores of Lake Garda, family-run for four generations. Bright straw yellow with a mineral nose, exotic notes, candied fruit, and citrus.

🍷Huber Vision Grüner Veltliner
From 10th-generation w**emaker Markus Huber in Austria's Traisental. Green pear, white pepper, and citrus zest with a crisp, savory finish.

🍷Altugnac Les Turitelles Pinot Noir
Old-vine Pinot from the Pyrenées foothills in Limoux. Fresh, charming, and silky — a super price tag!
