Crew Member Requirements

• Age 16+ required, 18+ preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• No experience required — we’ll train you

Pay

• Starting pay: minimum hourly wage + tips
• No tips earned during training shifts (training is normally 4 hours total, split into two 2‑hour sessions)
• Opportunity to earn more based on performance

Crew Member Duties

• Prep food: wash, chop, portion, and prepare fresh ingredients daily
• Prepare fresh pitas, bowls, and smoothies following Pita Pit standards
• Greet customers with friendly, energetic service
• Take orders accurately in person and online
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (line, dining room, prep area)
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
• Follow food safety procedures (temperature logs, glove use, sanitation)
• Operate POS system for customer transactions
• Assist teammates during rushes and busy periods
• Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Additional tasks assigned by manager on duty
