Honey stock update: All of our light summer/spring honey is officially sold out! We have Fall, hot honey, our winter-fall spiced honey (cinnamon and cloves), and a late season summer honey which is closer in color to our fall honey.

Rest assured spring is basically here and so will be spring/summer honey of 2026!

Our vendors still have our lighter summer honey and our products as well.

WINTER HONEY SALE!

Our Honeybees are hibernating through the bitter cold winter that's upon us. We, however, are bursting at the seams with tons of honey and wanting to make some room in the honey room! Big things are happening this year in 2026, and we need to sell down our stock of honey! Trust us, nothing is better than being cozied up in layers with a warm tea paired with our honey.

I’ve met some of the most wonderful folks and business owners at Birdsboro Farmers Market over my 5 years there. Major shoutout to Blue Kraken BBQ, Melissa @ Edible Addictions, and the awesome Parks and Rec crew Christen and Amy. We still will participate in pop up events and have our honey at local farm stands as well.

At Christmas in Birdsboro tonight until 8pm at Main Bird Park. Come see Santa and the local artisans in the Christmas village. Lots of vendors and food trucks. Plus Mechanical reindeer too! Last market for us until Spring!

A follow up to the previous post with 10% of our sales going to Chester County Food Bank and Honeybrook Food Pantry. Y’all have stepped up in a big way and since this shutdown isn’t over yet I went ahead and donated 250 dollars to both organizations to ensure that funds get out to family’s as soon as possible! Thank you for the donations and support. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Due to the Government shutdown and pause on SNAP benefits many families in our local communities will go hungry as they navigate this difficult and uncertain time. Over the years, I've had the honor to volunteer and support the Honey Brook Food Pantry and the Chester County Food Pantry at special events and food drives. Now more than ever these community food programs are in desperate need donations and volunteers.

Starting today, 10% of my honey sales through December 3rd will be split between these two local food pantries. If you see me at a local show and donate a canned good or bring a donation of non-perishables you will get a dollar off your honey purchase as well.

Together we can help those right here in our local communities.

Just a reminder that I will not be at the Birdsboro Farmers Market tomorrow as I will be out of town for a wedding. My last market in Birdsboro will be the 18th. Meanwhile you can pick up our honey at Foxview Farm Stand, Pigeon Creek Farm, and Hawk homestead. Our limited availability Fall honey will be available soon.

Fall Honey Update: Due to the insanely dry conditions this Fall, our honey production this year was nearly a quarter of our usual production. We will have a very limited supply this year and be prepared for it to sell out.

Markets and show updates: This Saturday we’ll be at West Nantmeal Park 10am to 3PM for their community day event. Our next and last Birdsboro Farmers Market will be October 18th.
