It’s that time of the year for one of our favorite IPAs!

Welcome back, Vernal.

Vernal simply embodies the feeling of Spring in a 6.0% Hazy IPA. Packed with El Dorado, Citra, and Cashmere hops, this one is bursting with overripe pineapple, tropical citrus, lemon-lime, and subtle coconut.

You don’t want to miss this one as it’s hitting draft lines and shelves this week!

Introducing, Uproot Dolcé.

Featuring a newer hop varietal, Dolcita, this Hazy IPA showcases an incredible aroma and flavor of a sweet orange treat. Built on a soft base of wheat and oats, and generously hopped with Dolcita, Citra, El Dorado, and El Dorado Incognito, the experience is full of Tangerine, Valencia Orange, Caramelized Pineapple, and Sweet Coconut Cream.

This treat is draft only and hitting accounts around Alabama in the coming weeks. But you can snag a glass at right now!

🍊🍊🍊 Introducing, Citrus Grove 🍊🍊🍊

The newest addition to our year round lineup comes in the form of a super citrus forward Pale Ale!

Dubbed a “modern” pale ale, we’ve lightened up the body of a traditional pale and added a healthy dose of flaked oats to help soften the mouthfeel. A generous dry hop of our favorite citrus forward hop varietals gives aromas and flavors full of sweet Valencia orange, white peach, and punchy grapefruit.

Look for this citrusy refresher to be hitting shelves and draft lines around Alabama very soon!

The last official day for the taproom is underway and we’ll be hanging and pouring until 6pm.

We’ve been windowing down the menu and have a few options left.
